Before consciously beginning her spiritual journey Kayt Raymond grew up in Australia. As a teenager she was an active youth leader and attended the Newcastle Conservatorium and College, majoring in music and education. She won an international fellowship to study in America and completed a Bachelor of Arts (Music Ed) at the University of Washington in Seattle. On the way home she worked in London England for a while, before travelling through Europe and parts of Asia to Sydney, Australia.

There she worked initially as a high school teacher before working with the Australia Departments of Trade & Tourism travelling around the world marketing Australian goods and services. Inspired by business she joined a multi-national company as the Public & Customer Relations Manager, and then was promoted to National Marketing Manager. After a few years she was offered a job by another multi-national, Colgate International Pty Ltd, to run its Marketing Services & Training Division throughout South Pacific and South East Asia.

After acquiring a Master of Business Administration, she became and remains particularly interested in experiential learning and participative processes that assist people to acquire new understandings and skills, that are helpful to them in their work and life.

There are now two main strands to Kayt's work, one of which is as a corporate strategist and facilitator. She is founder and Managing Director of Shine International Pty Ltd, a strategic consulting group based in Sydney and operating internationally.

In 1996, meeting a group of Angels profoundly changed Kayt Raymonds life. Though not an artist, Kayt began to paint with these beings and was taught how to commune and work with them as colleagues and friends. Kayt now conducts the Angelic Connection Workshops and events so that people can simplify and strengthen their connection with Angels and Archangels and use this practical knowledge and skill to empower and enhance their lives.
